Because our products are agricultural and food products, minor variations in colour, texture, appearance, or consistency may occur naturally and do not necessarily indicate a product defect.
We reserve the right to limit product quantities or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders
When you place an order with Afor Harvest, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, delivery address, phone number, and payment details.
An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed by us.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including in cases of incorrect pricing, suspected fraudulent activity, product unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in the applicable currency shown at checkout.
Prices may change without prior notice. However, changes in pricing will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.
Payments must be successfully completed before an order can be processed, unless otherwise agreed by Afor Harvest.
5. Delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to process and deliver orders within the estimated delivery timeframe provided at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on location, availability, courier services, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Afor Harvest is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Because garri and palm oil are food products, we generally do not accept returns of opened, used, or partially consumed products.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, contaminated, or defective product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the affected product and packaging.
After reviewing the issue, Afor Harvest may provide a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.

7. Food Storage and Handling
Customers are responsible for properly storing products after delivery.
Garri and palm oil should be stored according to any storage instructions provided on the product packaging.
Afor Harvest is not responsible for product deterioration caused by improper storage, handling, contamination, or use after delivery.
If you believe a food product is spoiled, contaminated, or unsafe, do not consume it. Contact us immediately.
8. Cancellations
Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
9. Website Use
You agree not to:

- Provide false or misleading information
- Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of our website
